ACAI's Tour of Twin Cities' Asian Resources ­
Asian culinary opportunities abound in the Twin Cities area. From fortune cookie factories to barbecued ducks and pigs to locally grown Asian vegetables and imported foods, it is all available right here. Put together a group of 20 - 24 for a day tour that includes meeting with Asian culinary experts, visiting with Asian chefs, getting behind-the-scenes looks at the world of Asian culinary arts, enjoy Asian food, enjoy a cooking lesson or two, and have fun touring parts of the Twin Cities you have never seen.

Tours are conducted by ACAI instructors on comfortable motorcoaches. Bring a shopping list and pick up those hard-to-find ingredients. Typical tours start at 9:30 a.m. with morning coffee/tea and an Asian treat. The day includes lunch at an Asian restaurant, stops at a variety of markets and resources, cooking demonstations, and recipes. We wind up at about 3:30 p.m.

Thirty days notice is required so do give us time to make this a very special tour.
