REGISTRATION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PAYMENT AT LEAST THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SEMINAR DATE.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to individual seminars. Refunds will be made in the form of credit for a future seminar or, if we are able to fill your
vacancy, we will refund your registration fee less a $15 handling charge.
All seminars are limited to four participants. All include food preparation by participants under the direction of an ACAI instructor and assistant. Please bring your
own paring knife, cleaver or chef knife, and apron. Recipes will be provided. However, we may have recommended textbooks available for purchase.
Please advise us of any allergies or special needs you may have.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any seminars for any reason. Please be assured we will notify you by phone of any last minute changes and will refund
your fee for any seminar that is canceled and not rescheduled. Seminar content and instructor subject to change.
